Encryption
Customer data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in our managed cloud infrastructure.
Infrastructure security
Production systems run on hardened, monitored cloud infrastructure with network isolation and continuous logging.
Access control
Access to production data follows least-privilege principles. Administrative access requires identity-provider sign-in and multi-factor authentication.
Secure development
Code changes go through review, automated testing, and dependency scanning before reaching production.
Incident response
Documented procedures govern how we detect, contain, and communicate security incidents to affected customers.
Compliance
Synapse Studios maintains SOC 2 certification. Current reports and policies are available in the Trust Center.
